UPBHOKTA ADHIKAR SANGATHAN (Consumer Privileges Organization) is really a registered organization, whose number plate is 05/23/01/08574/10. The job part of the organization is whole India.
OUR VISION
A brand new India by which every consumer keeps thorough understanding of his privileges as well as their correct uses.
OUR MISSION
To arrange, educate making customer’s conscious of their privileges, make best effort to prevent unfair trade practices and solve consumer's problem/gripes.
OUR OBJECTIVE
   1. Organize and aware customers.
   2. Safeguard and publicize all of the privileges of consumer.
   3. Execute the programs associated with consumer education, their privileges as well as their duties, by using government and administration.
   4. Positively provide support in proper implementation of Consumer Protection Act.
   5. Make best effort to prevent monopolistic, limited and unfair trade practices.
   6. Solve problems of general customers and our people.
   7. Give and receive moral support for that consumer interest with other organizations while working underneath the rules from the organization.
   8. Apply legal measures underneath the civil privileges for that achievement of Business objectives.
   9. To safeguard customers interests, their fundamental needs and privileges for example health, education, water, electricity, streets, entertainment, catering, traffic, etc.
  10. Operate consumer information center in most districts of India by using government.
  11. Organizing and performing consumer's related programs to obtain aid and grants or loans in the central government, condition government authorities, agencies and organizations.
  12. With the organization implement and operate the different consumer related schemes of Central Government and Condition Government authorities.
  13. With the organization legally present the customer problems and complaints prior to the Consumer Forum and also the Commission.

OUR METHODOLOGY
UPBHOKTA ADHIKAR SANGATHAN (Consumer Privileges Organization) Methodology would be to organize customers, and created committees at national, condition, division, district, block and tehsil level.
At This Time employed in 12 states (Mega pixel, CG, UP, Bihar, New Delhi, Maharashtra, Haryana, Orissa, Assam, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Punjab) with near about 5,000 People.
UPBHOKTA ADHIKAR SANGATHAN (Consumer Privileges Organization) already begins training courses, workshops, awareness camps, conference, consumer fair, information center, marketing materials and magazine released through the organization, to literate consumer for his or her fundamental privileges which efforts is going to be continuous for the prosperity of consumer actions.
